BEFORE GAME OR WORKOUT
30-45 minutes before: Mix 1⁄2 to 3⁄4 scoop FUEL + 1 scoop POWER
DURING GAME
Add 1 scoop HYDRATE to water bottle and sip throughout game or workout.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT OR GAME
